Position: Chief Growth Development Officer– Dental Group Practice

We are seeking an experienced Growth Development officer to lead and oversee the operations of our multi-specialty Dental Group practice. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in dental operations, a strong background in multi-location practice management, and a proven track record of scaling and optimizing dental organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across multiple dental locations.
• Optimize efficiency, quality, and profitability within the group.
• Develop and implement standardized protocols, policies, and best practices.
• Drive growth initiatives, including expansion, acquisitions, and partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and industry standards.
• Lead and mentor regional and practice-level management teams.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and cost management.
• Enhance patient experience and operational excellence through innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in dental operations, preferably within a DSO or multi-specialty dental group.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven success in scaling and optimizing dental businesses.
• Deep understanding of industry trends, compliance, and operational best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.
